So Hi! Yus! I did an attempt at a oshare Hair + Makeup Tutorial/ Attempt at looking oshare because i have tartian jeans and i wanted an excuse to wear them and they just dont go with gyaruo clothes. I'll let you decide what you want to call this.

DeleteNice! I think if you focused on more suji, individual strands of hair, it would look less fluffy and more oshare, but cute all the same and really good for a first attempt!!
